We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your city.

Payment
We accept prepaid orders only through secure checkout. This lets us keep pricing honest and avoid the extra costs (and fraud risk) that cash-on-delivery adds to a product built on quality ingredients.
Returns & exchanges
Because Verde & Kera is a personal-care product, we're unable to accept returns once a bottle has been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
